As we continue to expand in the Benelux region, we are seeking a Training Operations Specialist to support the delivery and execution of aftersales training programs across multiple brands.

Your Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule training sessions, publish training calendars, notify dealers, collect training records. Support the continuous improvement of training operations by monitoring data, processes, and feedback. Manage training-related invoicing and payments, including supplier payments and dealer billing. Support the development of training materials, including PowerPoint presentations.

Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 0–2 years of experience in training coordination, administration, or a related role; experience with training management systems is a plus. Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with internal teams and dealer networks. Analytical Skills: Good analytical abilities, with the capability to work with training data, track performance, and generate insights.

Language: Fluent in English and Dutch is required; proficiency in French or Chinese is considered an advantage.

Education

MBO or higher, preferably in Administration, Business, or a related field.
