Job Responsibilities
Drive budgeting and financial planning, shape strategies, and deliver insights to support growth and decision‑making. Reporting: Ensure timely, accurate financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts. Compliance & Audit: Maintain adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements; coordinate internal and external audits.
Analysis: Track and interpret financial data, assess risks, and recommend cost‑optimization measures. Operations: Oversee day‑to‑day accounting functions including payables, receivables, and reconciliations. Process Improvement: Streamline workflows and leverage technology to enhance efficiency. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with management, auditors, banks, and vendors.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior finance staff; provide support on ad‑hoc finance matters.
Qualifications
& Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. Experience: Solid track record in finance or accounting roles. Technical Skills: Skilled in accounting systems, MS Office (especially Excel), and advanced spreadsheet design. Analytical Ability: Strong problem‑solving and data interpretation skills.
Soft Skills: Organized, detail‑oriented, proactive communicator with a self‑driven mindset. Certifications: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred. Location: Chemor
