• People. Soft Technical Support Engineer – Consultant Job Title: People. Soft Systems Administrator Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract (C2C / W2) Duration: Long Term Contract Experience Required: 7+ Years Project Scope: We are seeking an experienced People. Soft Systems Administrator to provide support for a highly complex People. Soft Human Resource Management System, including related web applications and reporting environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, environment management, and integration support across platforms such as Oracle UNIX, Windows, and Oracle Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

System Design, Troubleshooting & Administration Maintain, monitor, and support People. Soft components including Web. Logic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and Application Messaging. Support People. Soft environments running on Oracle UNIX, Windows, and Oracle Infrastructure. Apply Tax Updates using PUM and Change Assistant.

Install and configure People. Tools components, including: Integration Broker Interaction Hub Secure Enterprise Search (SES) People. Soft Test Framework Configure Integration Broker Gateway, Services, Service Operations, Queues, Routings, and Application Messaging for integrations. Install new People. Soft environments and refresh non-production environments.

Technical Support Manage security administration for HR systems and applications. Provide support according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor system performance and services across all People. Soft environments. Troubleshoot development and production application issues across multiple platforms. Assist with debugging and tuning batch processing cycles.

Maintain and administer Linux and Windows batch server environments.

Required Skills

& Experience:

• Experience with security administration for HR systems and applications
• 5+ years of experience with People. Tools 8.59 or higher, including: People. Code, Application Engine, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, SQR, Data Mover, Query, n. Vision Reports, People. Soft Test Framework
• Experience maintaining and supporting People. Soft environments and components
• Experience applying Tax Updates using PUM and Change Assistant
• Experience installing and configuring People. Tools components
• Experience installing new People. Soft environments and refreshing non-production environments
• Experience troubleshooting development and production application issues
• Experience administering Linux and Windows batch servers
• Experience monitoring People. Soft system performance
• Experience debugging and tuning batch cycles Preferred Skills:
• Experience with security administration for access to global HR systems and applications
• Experience monitoring system performance and administration of services for all of the People. Soft environments
