Analyst, Commercial Real Estate Valuation - Tucson, AZ

We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented hospitality or real estate professional with a passion for both people and numbers. Building on an understanding of hotel operations, the day-to-day role includes research and financial analysis for hotels and other hospitality-related assets. Under supervision, the analyst will interview market participants, assess local supply and demand, develop revenue and expense forecasts, and apply valuation models.
