REVEL is an AI robotics company developing physical intelligence for general-purpose humanoid robots. We capture the force, dexterity and intent of human work with our Neural Gambit wearable, and use it to train RAI, the intelligence that powers our robots. REVEL is headquartered in Palo Alto, California, with R&D and engineering facilities in Prague and Hradec Králové, Czech Republic.
This role is on-site with our engineering team in the Czech Republic. The LEGO data engine is how we generate the training data at scale. We're looking for an Operations Lead to run capture sessions, operators, protocols and throughput.
Responsibilities
- Stand up and run data-collection sessions at scale
- Own data quality, throughput and labelling SOPs
- Recruit, schedule and coordinate operators wearing NG
- Track metrics and drive continuous improvement on the floor
- Partner with ML and software teams on data needs Requirements
- Operations, lab, or production management experience
- Obsessive attention to data quality and detail
- Ability to own and improve a physical workflow
- Excellent communication and time management Bonus qualifications
- Experience in a regulated or high-throughput environment
- Lean / continuous-improvement background
- Comfort with hardware and tooling
