Job description
The Leadman Scaffold Builder in industrial scaffolding construction is responsible for overseeing, leading, and directing a team of scaffolders and laborers at construction sites. The Leadman ensures that scaffolding installations and removals are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
This position requires hands-on leadership with the ability to manage resources, coordinate work activities, and resolve issues that may arise on the job site.
