Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging graphics for digital and print educational content, including e-learning modules, course materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop infographics, charts, and data visualization tools to simplify complex educational concepts for diverse learners.
• Create consistent and brand-aligned visual assets across platforms, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure visual content supports learning objectives and pedagogical strategies.
• Maintain and update a centralized library of design templates, brand guidelines, and reusable assets.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the visual clarity continuously and effectiveness of learning materials.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, accessibility standards (WCAG), and educational technology advancements.

Requirements

Requirements: - 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within education, e-learning, or instructional design environments.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In. Design), Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of educational or instructional design projects with clear emphasis on visual clarity and user engagement.
• Demonstrated understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices (e.g., contrast ratios, screen reader compatibility) and responsive design for digital content.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret feedback and iterate designs efficiently to meet evolving project needs.
