Job description
The Recruiting Associate plays a key role in supporting United Vision Logistics’ growth and stability by contributing to both recruiting and driver retention efforts. This position helps attract, engage, and onboard candidates while also supporting initiatives that strengthen driver relationships, improve retention, and enhance the overall driver experience.
Often serving as a first point of contact, this role supports the full lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding through ongoing engagement. This role works closely with marketing, operations, safety, and terminal leadership.
