- Southern Suburbs, CPT The role This is a high-trust, high-impact Executive Assistant role supporting a CEO and COO in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial financial services environment. You’ll be the calm, organised centre in a business where decisions are made quickly, ideas move fast, and leadership operates at a high level. One executive is highly driven, detail-focused, expressive, and particular. The other is strategic, composed, and exceptionally busy. They work in lockstep and trust each other completely. You will be the person who makes that partnership run smoothly. This is not a passive support role. You’ll be deeply embedded in how the business operates day to day, anticipating needs, filtering noise, and ensuring nothing important slips. What you’ll be doing Managing complex executive diaries, priorities, and logistics with precision Acting as a gatekeeper and translator between leadership and the wider business Handling sensitive, confidential information with discretion and sound judgment Preparing, proofreading, and organising high-level correspondence, documents, and presentations Following up on actions, deadlines, and commitments without being asked Creating order in fast-changing situations and ambiguous moments Supporting ad hoc projects that require sharp thinking, structure, and follow-through Keeping executives focused by removing friction from their day Anticipate and be proactive Requirements Matric Relevant Diploma / Degree (advantageous) 10+ years experience supporting senior executives Experience in financial services, legal, property, or professional services The kind of person who thrives here Highly organised, naturally structured, and meticulous about detail Comfortable working with strong personalities and different communication styles Confident enough to push back when needed, tactful enough to do it well Emotionally intelligent, intuitive, and able to read the room Calm under pressure and unflappable when plans change A natural fixer who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity Loyal, reliable, and deeply professional Energised by pace, responsibility, and being relied on You don’t need hand-holding.
