The Interim Subsidy Case Manager in the Shallow Subsidy Program works as part of a multi-disciplinary team serving clients in the community. S/he will provide transitional support and case management to Permanently Housed participants and will collaborate closely with landlords to mediate landlord-tenant issues and ensure successful tenancies, which would include, but not be limited to, the following activities.
