On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join a dynamic and fast-growing financial services organization and fintech. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in shaping the financial direction of the company and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all financial operations, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term business objectives Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities and licensing bodies Oversee risk management frameworks and internal controls Manage relationships with banking partners, investors, and external stakeholders Drive financial performance through data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence Support M&A activities, fundraising, and capital allocation strategies where applicable Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board and senior leadership team Requirements Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior executive role Strong background in regulated financial services environments Proven experience in managing complex financial structures and multi-jurisdictional operations Deep understanding of compliance, licensing, and regulatory frameworks within financial services Experience working with international banking relationships and payment ecosystems Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field What We Offer A senior leadership role within a high-growth, forward-thinking organization Competitive compensation package including performance-based incentives An opportunity to shape the financial future of a rapidly evolving business Dynamic and international working environment
