About Dermatouch: Dermatouch is a leading D2C skincare and wellness brand, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Executive to join our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end logistics operations including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products. Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in logistics operations.
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and handle customer queries related to logistics. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on logistics performance. Assist in cost optimization initiatives related to transportation and storage. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to support business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations (preferably in FMCG or D2C sector). Strong knowledge of logistics processes, warehouse management, and transportation systems. Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/logistics software is a plus.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
