Job description
The Marketing Assistant will aide in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at promoting the training institute and its affiliates, driving brand awareness, student acquisition, and client engagement.
- Marketing Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing Officer to implement marketing strategies for the institute and its affiliates.
- Prepare and coordinate marketing materials for campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
- Content Creation and Management
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Schedule and monitor posts on social media platforms, ensuring timely responses to audience interactions.
- Support in developing content for student and client acquisition campaigns.
- Student Acquisition
- Provide support to the training institute by driving initiatives that will boost the number of students signing up to the institute across the various programs.
- Event Coordination
- Provide logistical support for events, workshops, and open days hosted by the institute
- Assist in preparing materials, invitations, and follow-ups for event participants.
- Market Research and Reporting
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including ROI and audience engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, students, partners, and suppliers.
- Market Research, Reporting, and Website Analysis
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including ROI and audience engagement.
- Analyze website traffic and performance using tools such as Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunity for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is often preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Digital Marketing, Video Editing, Design skills, CRM and Marketing tools or similar tools are a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Zoho campaigns, Mailchimp,
- Basic understanding or certification in search engine optimization and search engine marketing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of managing platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Any prior experience as a marketing intern, assistant, or related role is advantageous.
- Evidence of past campaigns, designs, or contributions to projects is valuable.
- A keen interest in staying updated with marketing trends and tools.
- A flair for creativity and innovative problem-solving.
- Strong ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
