Job description

Responsibility:

  1. Brand Operations
  • Conduct brand positioning and competitor analysis to support strategic direction in the local market.
  • Localize and execute brand promotion activities assigned by headquarters, ensuring consistency with global brand image.
  • Coordinate with agencies for campaign planning, creative development, and media execution; monitor deliverables to ensure quality and brand alignment.
  • Support participation in automotive exhibitions and industry events, handling coordination with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
  1. Product Promotion
  • Assist in developing localized product promotion strategies and adapt HQ policies to local market conditions.
  • Manage agency partners to implement product launch and promotion campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Apply the PDCA cycle to review campaign effectiveness, consolidate market feedback, and propose improvement actions.
  • Work with dealers and sales teams to integrate product promotion with business objectives.
  1. Cross-functional & Agency Collaboration
  • Serve as the key contact between HQ, local agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of branding and promotional projects.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs; provide regular reports and insights to HQ and local management.
  • Track competitors’ branding and promotional activities, share insights with HQ, and support decision-making. Requirement:
  • Bachelor‘s degree or above in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Background in automotive branding or product marketing is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in brand promotion, product marketing, or event activation; experience in the local market is an advantage.
  • Strong capability in market analysis, brand positioning, and product promotion planning.
  • Proficient in office software; experience with Tableau or other marketing analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong English communication; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cultures and functions.
