Job Title: Territory Manager- Lubricant Reseller Employment Type: Contract Location: Based on the region allocated Profile Introduction Our client, a leading company in the Oil and Gas sector is seeking a Territory Manager- Lubricant Reseller who will be responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and customer retention within an assigned territory by managing and developing the lubricant reseller network.
The role focuses on achieving sales and profitability targets, expanding market share, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring effective implementation of client’s sales, marketing, and distribution strategies. The role is also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with resellers and key customers, providing commercial and technical support, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and ensuring compliance with Company policies, safety standards, and brand requirements.
The Territory Manager also works closely with internal stakeholders to optimize product availability, enhance customer satisfaction, and deliver sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the lubricant market segment in his/her region in order to ensure effective and profitable growth Achieve set yearly targets for volumes and margins in his/her region Offer sales and related services and attend promptly to all customer-related issues on lubricants in his/her region ensuring customer satisfaction Carry out market intelligence in his/her region to obtain competitor information, carry out quarterly price surveys thus making recommendations to the lubes manager to secure and grow the lubricants’ business Conduct lubricants training in his/her region targeting customers & prospects Ensure strict adherence to credit policy by all customers Offer support to resellers on lubricants issues such as stocking, pricing and merchandising Advise management on market/customer changes affecting monthly sales forecast, blending and importation of lubricants Optimize overhead expenses like equipment maintenance, seminars, promotions, mileage, and stationery.
Offer lubricants support to all customers in his/her assigned region Maintain profitability and market share of the lubricants business in his/her region Identify and develop new marketing opportunities of lubes in his/her Requirements
- An Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Agricultural Engineering.
- 3 years exposure in a Sales / commercial Environment
- Self-starter, great sense of initiative & responsibility
- Ability to work in a cross functional environment
- Valid driving License
