Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Service. Now Developer to join our team in Tampa, FL. Clearance Top Secret Clearance (existing clearance required to start) Location Tampa, FL Overview Configure and develop applications, modules, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other Service.
Now platform components Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript and Service. Now development tools Build automated workflows and approval processes using Flow Designer and related Service. Now capabilities Support the implementation and enhancement of Strategic Portfolio Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and IT Operations Management Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, asset management, reporting, and dashboard capabilities Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Service.
Now and external systems using APIs and other integration methods Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify user stories, and translate business needs into technical solutions Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily delivery activities, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Support development activities across development, UAT, and production environments Assist with test planning, functional testing, regression testing, defect remediation, and deployment validation Investigate and resolve platform defects, incidents, performance issues, and recurring technical problems Perform root cause analysis and implement long term corrective actions Support Service.
Now platform upgrades, application upgrades, patching, and regression testing Follow established development standards, naming conventions, peer review processes, configuration management procedures, and release controls Use controlled promotion processes to move approved changes between Service. Now environments Support release planning, deployment readiness reviews, production deployments, and post deployment validation Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, release notes, support procedures, and knowledge articles Support user and role administration, access controls, security requirements, and audit readiness activities Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into platform performance, service delivery, and operational metrics Monitor implemented solutions after deployment and address stability, performance, or usability concerns Provide technical support, knowledge transfer, and guidance to administrators, users, and customer stakeholders Qualifications Professional experience developing and configuring solutions on the Service.
Now platform Experience with JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Service. Now application development Experience working with Service. Now development, test, UAT, and production environments Experience troubleshooting Service. Now applications, integrations, workflows, and platform issues Understanding of Service.
Now development standards, configuration management, update sets, application promotion, and release management Experience gathering technical requirements and converting them into scalable Service. Now solutions Experience working within an Agile or Scrum delivery environment Ability to document technical configurations, development activities, deployment procedures, and issue resolutions Strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills Ability to support development activities in both unclassified and classified environments Nice to Have Service.
