Associate Professor: Math (Per Diem, Days/Evenings)

Job Title: Adjunct Faculty for English, Psychology, Science, Math Department: Liberal Arts and Sciences Department Location: College of Health Careers Hours Per Week: 10-15 Schedule: Monday- Friday Sign-On Bonus: SUMMARY: We are seeking qualified and experienced part-time faculty to teach or tutor a variety of undergraduate courses in liberal arts, specifically in science, math, english, and psychology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teach or tutor one more courses per semester in your area of expertise (science, english, math, psychology)
• Develop and deliver engaging lectures, tutoring sessions, discussions, and assignments
• Maintain a current understanding of the course and make adjustments as needed
• Participate in departmental meetings and other activities as requested REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Required Degree: Master's degree or higher in a relevant liberal arts discipline Required Certification/Licensure Required Years of Experience PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES: Preferred Degree: Master's degree or higher in all relevant liberal arts discipline Preferred Certification/Licensure Preferred Years of Experience Preferred Skills or Knowledge The ideal candidate will be a dedicated educator with a strong commitment to student success. This candidate should have a strong foundation in their subject matter and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.

PAY RANGE

$30.28 - $40.86 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14622 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
