Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies that drive business growth. Identify and develop new markets and customer segments within the assigned territory. Conduct quarterly competitor analysis, reporting on market trends, emerging developments, and actionable recommendations. Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction across the product/service portfolio.

Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting company values and messaging at every customer interaction. Take ownership of new processes and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Engage with clients to understand their pain points and align product features with their business needs to drive sales. Collect, organize, and maintain accurate customer data for effective profiling and segmentation.

Stay informed on market dynamics, including competitor activity, economic indicators, and global commodities trends. Build and maintain a comprehensive client database encompassing industries, market conditions, and relevant economic data. Manage receivables and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding accounts. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
