Resident Manager I Floater -housing (1380-Tilden Terrance, 1376-Parkview on the Park, 1379-Tides Senior)

This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I floater with Housing to work at Tilden Terrance, Parkview on the Park, and Tides Senior in Culver City and Los Angeles, CA. Qualified Candidates must have experience with affordable housing property management. Must have knowledge in HUD. Must be goals oriented and have a warm personality.

Salary range: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $28.00 - $36.50 per hour, DOE. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
