Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced .NET Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET, Web APIs, SQL Server, and modern software development practices.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain robust applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core/.NET. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services for web and enterprise applications. Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions following industry best practices. Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and queries.
Collaborate with frontend developers and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal performance. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards. Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Work in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Integrate third-party services and APIs as required. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability across environments.
Required Skills
& Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in .NET application development. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core/.NET, and .NET Framework. Experience developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API. Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns. Experience with Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core. Proficiency with Git and version control best practices. Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and Identity. Experience working with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments. Knowledge of messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Kafka. Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor. Exposure to Redis or other caching technologies.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest. Understanding of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
