Our client, one of Malta's leading corporate service providers, is currently looking for a Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional who is seeking to take on greater responsibility, lead a team, and further develop their technical and client management. This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €60K + performance bonus.
Kindly note that due to the urgency of the role, only candidates who are based in Malta can be considered. Role & Responsibilities Oversee accounting assignments to keep quality and deadlines on track Manage a mixed portfolio of local and international clients Draft and review financial statements, management accounts, and other financial reports Manage VAT compliance, including preparing and checking VAT returns Draft and review corporate income tax computations and returns Guide and support junior team members Build and maintain client relationships, acting as the main point of contact Track budgets, billing, and work progress while regularly updating management Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimise department efficiency Education, Skills & Experience Fully qualified Accountant - non-negotiable 4+ years of relevant accounting experience in Malta, preferably within a professional services environment Previous experience managing a client portfolio within a CSP environment Proven experience in leading a team Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Fluency in Maltese is a plus Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver a high standard of client service About the Role Salary of up to €60K + performance bonus Hybrid working with flexible working hours Wellness Allowance Health Insurance Phone Allowance Ongoing professional development opportunities Excellent career growth prospects Supportive and dynamic team environment Please apply with your detailed CV in English.
