Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Optimization Assist in evaluating existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives. Participate in time and motion studies to improve productivity and optimize resource utilization.
Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret production data (e.g., cycle time, downtime, and throughput). Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support operations teams. Production Support Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. Support planning and scheduling activities to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
Continuous Improvement Projects Participate in assigned improvement projects related to cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality enhancement. Contribute ideas and recommendations for improving manufacturing performance and operational workflows.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
