Patient Access Representative

As the Patient Access Representative, you are the first individual from Lubbock Heart Hospital to have contact with a patient scheduled for surgery. This contact may be in the form of an introductory letter requesting insurance information, telephone contact, and/or personal interviews. It is most important that you have excellent people handling skills, a high degree of accuracy in obtaining and recording information, and good organizational skills.

You may be delegated additional responsibilities or special assignments by the CFO / designee.
