RCN Capital is a national, direct, private lender headquartered in South Windsor, CT . They are seeking a Closing Specialist to join their Legal team and support our Loan Officers in our CT and Charlotte, NC office. The Closing Specialist will be responsible for acting on the closing attorney's behalf to ensure that the lender has all title and closing documentation and needs met.
Additionally, the Closing Specialist will draft and finalize documentation, such as HUD-1 settlement statements. The Closing Specialist will also partner with the Loan Officer and title company to determine appropriat
