Vita is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and coordinate care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in an outpatient dialysis setting. In this key role, you’ll manage clinical operations, support your team, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead clinical care for ESRD patients, including lab tracking, vitals, and treatment planning Supervise and support nursing and patient care staff Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards Provide direct patient care as needed Foster a supportive, collaborative team culture Partner strategically with the Medical Director to foster a collaborative clinical environment focused on driving high-quality patient outcomes.

Own accountability for monitoring, analyzing, and elevating key clinical quality metrics to maximize the overall standard of patient care.

Qualifications
