Hiring: Business Transformation Consultant – HR Reinvention (UKG/Kronos) Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 7+ Years Budget: ₹7.5 LPA We are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Consultant with strong expertise in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) cloud migration projects.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC)
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Workforce Dimensions)
• End-to-end cloud migration experience from WFC to UKG Pro WFM
• Strong expertise in WIM, Dell Boomi Integration Hub & REST APIs
• Experience managing In. Touch (9000/9100/DX) & 4500-series time clock devices
• Knowledge of firmware compatibility assessment & rollout
• Experience handling global / multi-region workforce deployments
