Discipline Qualification Project Quality Supervisor - 2 ♦BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years’ experience . Diploma in Mechanical with 15 years’ experience. With minimum of five (5) years inspection supervision/Manager experience. ♦At least, one year continuous employment with the GIS company ♦Knowledge of applicable US Codes, construction and maintenance procedures, and material testing procedures.
♦Certified ISO 9001 -2015 Lead auditor ♦Saudi Aramco experience is must ♦ Driving license is must Sr. Mechanical Inspector ♦ BS degree in Engineering plus a minimum of six (6) years of Mechanical Plant Equipment Inspection experience in the construction of Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon facilities. OR Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of twelve (12) years of Mechanical Plant Equipment Inspection experience in the construction of Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon facilities.
♦Shall have a demonstrated background and thorough knowledge of codes such as American National Standards Institute (ANSI) B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, API 510, 570, 620 and 650, AWS D1.1, required for the execution of the WORK. ♦ Pass Saudi Aramco written exam based on international codes or hold internationally recognized certifications in the disciplines for which he is qualified, such as API 563 for Tanks, API 570 for Pipes, API 510 or ASME certified for Pressure Vessels, Boilers and Heat Exchangers, and ASNT Level II in MT, PT, UT & VT, RTFI.
Also, he shall be certified as an American Welding Society (AWS) CWI, CSWIP 3.2 Certified Welding Inspector, or SAUDI ARAMCO approved equivalent. Sr. Electrical Inspector ♦ BS degree in Engineering plus a minimum of six (6) years of either Electrical inspection experience in the construction of Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon facilities.
OR Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of twelve (12) years of Electrical inspection experience in the construction of Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon facilities. ♦ Demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of National Electric Code/NFPA 70, IEC or equivalent standards Have working knowledge of electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location identification for oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
♦ Pass Saudi Aramco written exam based on international codes or hold relevant certifications such as National Certification Program Construction Code Inspector (NCPCCI) or NFPA 70 Certified or equivalent. ♦ shall satisfy the requirements of a fully qualified Instrument Technician/ Engineer meeting the requirements laid out by the Instrument Society of America or the Institute of Measurement Control.
QC Welding Inspector ♦ B.S degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline with at least five (4) years of experience in relevant inspection discipline. OR Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of ten (8) years of relevant inspection experience in oil & gas, Refinery, petrochemical or pipeline projects..
♦ Holds a valid international certifications as a welding inspector in AWS or CSWIP ♦ Resume reflected working knowledge of quality system standards and methods ♦ Resume reflected a good knowledge of applicable international standards ♦ Driving license is must QC Coating Inspector - 10 ♦ B.S degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline with at least five (4) years of experience in relevant inspection discipline.
OR Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of ten (8) years of relevant inspection experience in oil & gas, Refinery, petrochemical or pipeline projects.. ♦ Holds CSWIP-BGAS 2 or NACE LEVEL 2 or equivalent ♦ Resume reflected a working knowledge/experience in all phases and types of critical coating applications and methods ♦ Shall be qualified per the requirements of SAEP-316 ♦ Driving license is must QC Static Inspector ♦ B.
