Job description
The Prevention Health Specialist promotes health within Yellowstone County through community presentations, health promotion campaigns, multi-modal messaging and prevention classes. This position is responsible for work focused on prevention, awareness, and education at the population level. Areas of work may include: active transportation, physical activity, nutrition, and generalized chronic disease prevention.
The work is performed with integrity and innovation to ensure a high level of customer service delivery.
