• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend personalized nail designs and treatments.
• Prepare and maintain all tools, equipment, and workstations for optimal performance and safety.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care and polymer-based nail enhancements.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of client appointments, services provided, and product usage.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences.

• Basic understanding of polymer, plastic, and rubber-based nail enhancement materials and their application.
• Strong attention to detail and artistic flair for nail design and aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Familiarity with hygiene and infection control practices in beauty and wellness settings.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques, tools, and industry advancements.
