Arcosa Crushed Concrete is searching for a Sales Manager for our Southern California Operation. Reporting the the Sales Director, this position will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team while driving revenue growth, margin performance and market expansion of our recycled concrete operation. This role oversees regional sales strategy execution, customer relationships, and cross-functional coordination to ensure profitable growth and exceptional customer service.
