Residential Valuation Surveyor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Valuation Surveyor to join our client's team. This role involves carrying out RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 inspections, along with residential property valuations for a range of purposes including purchase, probate, and secured lending. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing a varied workload and delivering high-quality reports to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake RICS Home Survey Level 2 (Home. Buyer) and Level 3 (Building) inspections Produce clear, accurate, and well-structured survey reports using set templates Conduct residential property valuations for mortgage, purchase, and other client needs Liaise with clients pre- and post-inspection to provide advice and follow-up explanations Maintain professional standards in line with RICS guidelines and company expectations Work independently and manage your own calendar effectively Requirements Requirements: AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified (essential) RICS Registered Valuer status (desirable or required, depending on valuation workload) Minimum 2 years' experience in residential surveying and valuation Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail and technical competence Full UK driving licence
