SLPA Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a growing outpatient pediatric clinic in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy services to children with speech, language, communication, and developmental challenges.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
  • Document patient progress accurately and communicate outcomes to the supervising clinician
  • Assist with therapy activities focused on articulation, language development, social communication, and fluency
  • Educate caregivers on home exercises and carryover strategies
  • Collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards Requirements Job Requirements:
  • Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
  • Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
  • 0–1 year of experience welcome (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Experience or clinical exposure in outpatient pediatrics is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
