3rd Shift Crisis Intervention Specialist - Licking

BHP is seeking a full-time, 3rd shift Crisis Intervention Specialist to provide compassionate, community-based support to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, including mental status and lethality evaluations, and work quickly to de-escalate situations and promote safety and stability.

This role requires strong critical thinking, clear documentation, and the ability to engage effectively under pressure. Flexibility is essential, as services are delivered throughout Licking County, and may include weekend and rotating shifts.
