Key Responsibilities
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP/MRO systems
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, confirmations, and deliveries
- Handle AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirements with urgency
- Track orders, shipments, and update system records
- Ensure compliance with aviation documentation (EASA Form 1, FAA 8130, etc.)
- Coordinate with Engineering, Stores, and Logistics teams. ➢ System Knowledge (Must Have) ✔ Experience with ERP/MRO systems. ✔ Ability to manage entire Purchase cycle. ✔ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. (Degree in supply chain/Aviation/Engineering will be an added advantage) 2-4 years of relevant experience (Aviation preferred) Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, especially during AOG situations.
