How You Fit In You’ll be joining an international team of Product Managers who manage different aspects of our end-to-end process: Discovery , Design , Engineering and Scale .
We need experienced PMs who can hit the ground running from week one while helping us refine our internal processes and standards along the way. We value professionals who leave their egos at the door and focus entirely on delivering great results. This is not an entry-level position in tech. This role is built for a professional who is ready to apply their deep industry experience directly to complex product challenges.
At STRV, Your Role Will Be to Lead client-facing teams of designers, engineers and QA testers to build and launch high-quality digital products on time and within budget. Assist our Sales team and Engineering Managers in product conversations and estimations with both prospective and existing clients Take responsibility for end-to-end product delivery, guiding projects from discovery and design through engineering, launch and scale.
Drive the discovery phase for our clients, transforming early concepts into clear product specifications, design concepts and potentially complemented with user testing. Manage project alignment and expectations with internal leadership (C-level, Sales, Engineering Managers) and external client stakeholders (Client Stakeholders, 3rd parties).
Develop scalable products and share best practices to help our internal PM team further grow and innovate. We Expect You to Have 3+ years of product management experience, including at least 1 year in a client-facing role Proven track record of shipping successful digital products end-to-end, across mobile, web and wearables Strong independent manager with excellent communication, organization and attention to detail Experience with most of the following: market research, product specification, user testing, user interviews, user personas, story writing Experience with managing budget and timeline for any given product Ability to manage multiple deliveries at once Deep understanding of agile development processes, including sprint planning, grooming, retros, standups, demos, etc.
Natural problem solver who is comfortable driving tough conversations when necessary Native-level English to effectively guide our engineering teams and global clients Innate curiosity with a knack for asking how things work constructively Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the products you develop and lead Commitment to continuous learning and personal and professional growth International Community A few things to know: STRV people represent over 20 nationalities, so our official language is English.
