Associate - Field Response Team

Key Responsibilities

Rapid Incident Response: Attend breakdowns, accidents, and harassment cases. Minor Repairs & Recovery Logistics: Arrange for electric bike recovery to the HQ in coordination with the control room. Communication & Coordination: Liaise with the Control Room and Maintenance teams for seamless coordination. Data Logging & Reporting: Accurately document incident details, time-on-site, and challenges experienced.

Requirements

NYS Training. A valid certificate of good conduct is required. A valid motorcycle driver’s license is also necessary. A craft certificate in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.
