5, Rotating Shift Start: (If applicable) Reason for Posting: Posting is for a role with an existing vacancy Application Dates Opening Date: 2026-07-30 Closing Date: 2026-08-06 Job Description Position Summary: The Non-Registered Nephrology Technician will perform daily routine functions relating to hemodialysis including distribution of supplies for patient shifts and preparation of dialysis machines and disposables for dialysis related therapies.

Qualifications

• Secondary School diploma
• Completion of the Dialysis Technical Assistant course would be preferred
• Preference will be given to those applicants pursuing higher education in either; Engineering Technology diploma, or equivalent OR Bachelor Science degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
• Willingness to work in a chronic care, patient-oriented unit
• Ability to work effectively with technical, nursing and medical staff in a pleasant and courteous manner
• Applicants must successfully complete both a practical evaluation and a written test
