The General Services Coordinator oversees the maintenance and day-to-day operations of a 170-unit senior living apartment community, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents. This hands-on leadership role supervises maintenance staff, coordinates vendors and contractors, manages preventive maintenance programs, and ensures timely completion of resident service requests.
