Job description
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and directing all warehouse operations within the distribution center. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies while maintaining a safe, organized, and high performing work environment. The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse supervisors and staff, manages operational workflows, drives KPI performance, and partners cross functionally to support business objectives.
This position ensures effective execution of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Warehouse Manager reports to the Director of Warehouse & Distribution Center.
