Job description
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge user requirements with company goals and technical considerations, adhering to established methodologies.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate clear and concise communication among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, outlining achievements, challenges, and next steps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in project management within an IT or software development setting.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving technical environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges and opportunities.
