Job Summary
The Quality Data Specialist will be responsible for the abstraction, validation, monitoring, and reporting of quality measures internally and to regulatory bodies including federal, state, and the Joint Commission. Demonstrates subject matter expertise of the quality measure definitions. Perform quality data analysis, identify data quality issues, and work with appropriate resources to get issues resolved.
Provides dashboards and reports to stakeholders and collaborates with leaders and multidisciplinary teams to make improvements. Supports quality and process improvement metrics to drive change throughout the organization.
