Sales Executive – Hotel & Restaurant Supply (Project Sales)

Hunter role focused on project-based hotel sales. Drive custom-order business with hotels and hospitality groups, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and delivery follow-up. Sell project-based/customized hotel supply solutions (not trading) Develop business with existing and new hotels, procurement firms, and corporate groups Generate leads via cold calling, site visits, and industry networking Conduct client meetings and present samples and display setups Close deals, follow up on proposals, samples, deliveries, and payments Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term hotel accounts Requirements 3–4 years hotel supplier sales experience in Dubai (mandatory) Strong relationships with hotel procurement teams Proven project-selling background (custom-made orders) Self-driven closer, target-focused field salesperson Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
