Vertical Head- Vehicle Loan

· Responsible for leading and managing the vehicle loan business, including strategy, sales, product development, operations, and compliance.

• Define and implement business strategies for car loan growth.
• Drive business growth by enhancing sales, marketing, and distribution strategies ·Drive customer acquisition through multiple channels, including digital platforms.
• Build alliances with dealerships, OEMs, and finance partners to enhance sourcing.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and turnaround time.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategies.
• Building Product Knowledge among the Sales Team.
• Monitor performance of sales team and align the performance as per allotted budget.
• Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams for efficient loan processing
• Manage P&L, revenue targets, and cost efficiency.
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team.

Requirements

• Graduate from any discipline
• Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience in Car loan.
