Job description
To ensure and maintain the highest quality of care for our clients and customers, through our caregiver workforce, building and maintaining excellent relationships with all external clients, customers and field staff. Responsible for optimal clinical and financial outcomes, as well as stakeholder satisfaction for a caseload of clients.
Responsible for assessing clients, developing a plan of care and addressing/resolving any ongoing clinical issues.
