The Senior Maintenance Technician is a highly skilled technical leader responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving facility infrastructure and production equipment across assigned PowerSecure locations. This role provides ownership of complex maintenance issues from initial response through root-cause resolution, supports safe and reliable equipment operation, and helps drive preventive maintenance discipline, equipment uptime, and continuous improvement. The Senior Maintenance Technician is expected to apply advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, controls, and building-systems expertise while serving as a working lead, technical resource, and mentor for junior technicians.
