Summary: We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join the SIA Properties team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand identity and driving impactful marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms. Your creative expertise will be instrumental in producing visually compelling content that resonates with our audience, strengthens brand recognition, and supports our business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring concepts to life, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media content, banners, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop cohesive branding and promotional materials for both online and offline campaigns.
• Partner with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually driven campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and communication channels.
• Edit, refine, and optimize images and visual assets for maximum impact.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other industry-standard design software.
• Strong foundation in visual design, typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Demonstrated creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver high-quality work on time.
