Sales Agent (recruiting from Malta)

Our client, a well established organization operating within the transport and mobility sector, is currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join their commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the most suitable travel products and services based on their needs. Promote and recommend available products while identifying opportunities to increase sales. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and electronic payments. Reconcile daily sales and ensure all transactions are completed according to company procedures.

Maintain adequate stock levels of sales materials and report any shortages when necessary. Deliver excellent customer service by responding to enquiries in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Ensure the sales outlet is presented in a clean and organized condition at all times. Support the team with additional operational tasks as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar customer facing role. Good command of spoken and written English; Maltese is considered an asset. Basic numeracy skills and confidence in handling cash transactions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales oriented mindset with the ability to achieve individual targets.

Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation. Well organized with good attention to detail and problem solving abilities. Flexible to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
