The role involves hiring delivery boys, riders, and picker/packers by visiting local areas, sourcing candidates, and ensuring quick onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field hiring for delivery executives, riders. Visit local areas, hubs, and hotspots to source candidates Screen and shortlist candidates through face-to-face interactions Coordinate with candidates for onboarding and documentation Maintain daily hiring reports and follow-ups Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets Requirements Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/field hiring Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Willingness to travel and work on-field Confident, proactive, and result-driven attitude Benefits Salary & Benefits: Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (Fixed)+ Incentives Travelling Allowances provided Permanent role with growth opportunities Work Details: Day Shift Week Off: Sunday fixed + 2nd & 4th Saturday
