Job description
The Home Health Aide provides or assists with personal care activities, exercise, ambulation, transfers, assistance in administration of medications that are ordinarily self-administered, and normal household services as outlined on the HHA Plan of Care by the Primary Care Nurse (PCN) or licensed therapist, in compliance with State and accreditation regulations and consistent with training as an HHA.
