Talent Development Advisor (18 month contract)

Reporting to the Senior Director of Organizational Development, the Advisor will serve as a trusted subject matter expert, working closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, project teams, and external partners to develop talent solutions that strengthen leadership capability, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will be equally comfortable designing learning experiences, facilitating programs, managing reporting, and maintaining learning systems and resources.
